what is drumming and how it started...

TROMMELN

wir arbeiten auch mit trommeln als werkzeug um tiefer mit unserem wahren selbst und dem göttlichen in kontakt zu kommen. diese cd ist deshalb ein meditations-mittel und ein mittel in stille zu kommen und zu sein. eher nicht geeignet um sie von anfang bis ende nebenbei abzuhören. du kannst dir einen titel aussuchen, dich tiefer in die stille führen lassen und beobachten, was für gefühle und gedanken auftauchen und wie sie sich verändern. vielleicht
ist es schön - vielleicht nicht - macht nichts.

trommeln auf diese weise wirkt wie ein vergrößerungsglas, das den fokus auf den moment lenkt, der jetzt stattfindet. dort liegt unsere kraft. hier können wir ändern - oder besser - sein lassen - deshalb "macht nichts". wenn wir nicht eingreifen, sondern einfach beobachten, können die teile von uns, die sonst im alltag oft mehr oder weniger brach liegen, anfangen zu wirken und sich zu entfalten. wir kommen auf diese weise automatisch in unsere mitte - in harmonie - in unsere kraft.
