here you find if we are at home in germany or on tour in finland, estonia, assisi in italy or somewhere else.

our heart is guiding our journey and travelling and we will go there where we hear the call. and we will do the lightprayer together with you.

we surrender to the flow of light through us and with us - a still wordless prayer for you, if you want. or we tell about living on light and about our life in connection with light... we do it in our lightprayer evenings.

you can also join us into a lightprayer, group prayer. and when we go on our journey from evening to evening, then again and again a new group prayer will join together to be a huge light sea, where you are with. your light is shining there. thank you!

and we go on as long as we hear the call and our heart is smiling aloud together with you...

we also call you to join us in our light and stillness retreats. each retreat is different and special and however they have the same basic light - light and stillness, that has called and guided us to begin retreats and tells us that retreats will go on.

pranicnourishment (praanaravinto) was a guidebook of how to move to live on light.
its little sister food of Gods (jumalten ravinto) is its own kind, it is a book of it,
how to live so, that we reach the freedom to choose - choose for example living nourished by light, if we want it. the book guides gently way towards freedom... each of us travelling the way and journey our own speed. it is for everyone, who want to live a happy life and find peace and stillness from their inner. instructions towards the freedom of living on light are instructions for finding peace and happiness from our inner. not so, that we should live on light.

praana, chi or universal lifeforce, it all has its own basic vibration that floods our human system, opens us to receive and give further more and more love and light. this flow of love and light is the real food of gods, that fulfils all our hunger.
